Bowing to popular demand, Leeds’ favourite Nordic-style restaurant FINT is pleased to launch its own bottomless brunch just in time for this week’s Jubilee celebrations. Famed for its mouth watering, unique brunch, it was only a matter of time before the restaurant unveiled a bottomless brunch option for the people of Leeds.
Commencing from Thursday 2nd June, brunch fans will be treated to FINT’s new brunch menu, which features a new vegan spinach and tofu take on its popular crumpet benedict option, alongside bottomless cava, mimosas, Bloody Mary’s, coffee negronis or drinks from Saltaire’s Brewery.
In addition to making sure the Jubilee is celebrated in style with the new brunch offer, FINT has recently launched an entirely new menu. The evening menu once again showcases an array of unique flavours which the restaurant is becoming renowned for. Highlights from the menu include veal fricassee served with crushed new potatoes, kale pumpkin seed ravioli with rocket, lemon and mustard fuels and sea trout served alongside chicory, grapes and sausage made from cull yow, sheep that is reared for longer than usual.
Simon Hawkins, Head Chef and Owner, said: “For years we’ve been asked if we do a bottomless brunch. As we’ve got a four day weekend coming up for the Jubilee, we thought what better time to join the bottomless brunch party!
We’ve got so much to offer and what better time to try our new Nordic take on an English breakfast. With the option of gluten free crumpets on our crumpet benedicts and a vegan hollandaise that’s hard to tell apart from the regular one, there is something for you and your friends as you raise a mimosa, coffee negroni, or other party drink to celebrate Her Majesty or just to celebrate spending time with your nearest and dearest!”
FINT’s Bottomless Brunch launches Thursday 2nd June, priced at £34.95 for a ninety-minute sitting. The spring menu is also available now, with the day menu being served from 10am Wednesday-Monday. The evening menu is served from 4:30pm Wednesday-Saturday.
